Avenue Host Ltd: Upcoming VAT rate change
The UK Government has announced it will increase the UK standard rate of VAT from 17.5% to 20% on Tuesday, 4th January 2011. For more information, please refer to http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/forms-rates/rates/rate-increase.htm
Therefore, invoices raised after 4th January will reflect the new higher VAT rate of 20%
If you pay by Credit Card, you do not need to take any action and the new higher price will automatically be charged. However if you pay by PayPal subscription, you will need to cancel and create a new subscription at the new higher price. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but you will appreciate it is entirely beyond our control.
